An important technique for growing closer to Christ is finding out what your main sin or vice is. This is the one you most often commit and it is your spiritual “weak point”.
In theology we call this the “predominant fault.”
The reason why it is important to know what this fault is, is because it is very difficult to wipe out all of your vices at once.
The best approach then is to simplify, take them one at a time. That means we should knock out the biggest problem first and then move to the next.
